Umpires
- The Organizing Committee will cover full board accommodation (no drinks included) for 7 days / 6 nights from Tuesday, 18 April, 2017 to Monday, 24 April, 2017 for maximum of 50 umpires.
- Umpires will be accommodated in twin/double (2 persons) rooms.
- Where an Umpire is sharing accommodation, the guest will need to pay the 4 star accommodation rate of € 75,00 per day.
- Single rooms are not available therefore Umpires wishing to stay alone shall be accommodated in a double/twin room paying an extra fee of € 44,00 per day.
- Umpires not selected, but wishing to participate and approved by the AETF Tournament & Umpire Committee, must cover their hotel accommodation according to above mentioned arrangements and will not receive any expense reimbursement by AETF
- Umpires must attend the Umpire meeting on Wednesday April 19, 2017 from 15.00-17.30 hours at Park Hotel Moskva ***.
- Umpires not present at the mentioned umpire meeting will be removed from the umpire list shall pay their own accommodation expenses.
- Umpires will wear the dress requirements as laid down in the ITF Umpire rules.

Umpire scoring system
BulScore is Taekwon-Do ITF scoring system purchased by Bulgarian Association of Taekwon-Do and developed by Hadeco Ltd. The international debut of the first wired version of the system was on the V European Cup held in Samokov, Bulgaria on March 1-3, 2013. Since then till present days the system is used in every competition in Bulgaria (around 20 events) and administrated and/or purchased for events in Belarus, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Slovakia. Currently BulScore is updated to wireless version and is fully operational for Individual and Team Sparring, Pattern, Special Techniques, Power Test and Traditional Sparring according to the latest changes of ITF Competition Rules
During the 32nd Senior & 23rd Junior European Taekwon-Do Championships in 2017 the Organizer shall provide computer operators with excellent knowledge and experience with the Scoring System which will ensure smooth conduction of the tournament and will keep strict competition schedule.
