32nd SENIOR & 23rd JUNIOR
European Taekwon-Do Championships is the event that will gather in Sofia all Taekwon-Do leaders, elite competitors and top umpires of Europe.
It is with a great pleasure to invite you and your competitors to the 32nd Senior & 23rd Junior European Taekwon-Do Championships 2017, to be held on the 20–23 April 2017 in “Arena Armeec Sofia“ Multifunctional Sports Hall, Sofia city, Bulgaria
The competition will be conducted in compliance with the AETF competition rules and the participants will compete in the individual and team displines of Pattern, Sparring, Special Techniques, Power Test as well as Team Pre-arranged Sparring.
Our long time experience in organization of numerous Taekwon-Do and sports events makes us confident that we will be able to provide you, your competitors, all guests and spectators with a well organized and exciting competition.
The competition is open to Black Belts holders for competitors aged 14 years and above.

The 32-nd Senior and 23-rd Junior European Taekwon-Do Cup will be held on 20-23 April 2017 in Arena Armeec Sports Hall, Sofia city, Bulgaria. Delegations must arrive in Sofia before or on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 before 13:00 hour and must proceed directly to the meeting point Park Hotel Moskva *** for registration and payment.
1. This competition is open only for AETF affiliated countries and the registration will be done only through the online registration website available.

2 Entry fees:
* Individual – 100,00 EURO per competitor;
* Team – 50,00 EURO

* Registration of competitors, Coaches, VIPs, Supporters and others will be coordinated by All Europe Taekwon-Do Federation.

- The Organizing Committee will cover full board accommodation (no drinks included) for 7 days / 6 nights from Tuesday, 18 April, 2017 to Monday, 24 April, 2017 for maximum of 50 umpires.
- Umpires will be accommodated in twin/double (2 persons) rooms.
- Where an Umpire is sharing accommodation, the guest will need to pay the 4 star accommodation rate of € 75,00 per day.
- Single rooms are not available therefore Umpires wishing to stay alone shall be accommodated in a double/twin room paying an extra fee of € 44,00 per day.
- Umpires not selected, but wishing to participate and approved by the AETF Tournament & Umpire Committee, must cover their hotel accommodation according to above mentioned arrangements and will not receive any expense reimbursement by AETF.
- Umpires must attend the Umpire meeting on Wednesday April 19, 2017 from 15.00-17.30 hours at Park Hotel Moskva ***.
- Umpires not present at the mentioned umpire meeting will be removed from the umpire list shall pay their own accommodation expenses.
- Umpires will wear the dress requirements as laid down in the ITF Umpire rules.
- At least 1 coach from participating country must attend the official on Wednesday April 19, 2017 from 17.30 hours at Park Hotel Moskva ***.
- Must wear either a training suit or a T-shirt and pants and running shoes while coaching. Only one (1) coach of a country is allowed entering the coaching zone at the same time. Only a coach can present an official protest.
1. The competitor’s entry fees can be transferred electronically and must be cleared by 3rd of April 2017 to the AETF Bank Account. Please remember to pay the transfer costs from your side, if the AETF has to pay for the transfer costs then you will need to pay this back on arrival.

MSH “Arena Armeec Sofia” has 12 373 seats, 2256 of which are placed on the long telescopic stands, 1248 on the short telescopic stands and 206 VIP seats placed in a separate zone accessible from level 2.
There are 96 seats specially equipped for journalists.
The hall is equipped with 11 elevators, 16 refreshment areas, 9 cloakrooms, 30 entrances and 202 toilets for spectators. There are 2 TIR gateways with maxim 4.5 meters clearance in sector D0. There are 2 electrical switchboards prepared for supporting concert or other events in sector D0. There are 4 TV decks prepared for supporting TV coverage of the events, placed in the four sectors of the hall

3rd April 2017 – Last date to request small changes/corrections in your hotel Booking and payment of hotel accommodation balance.

7th April 2017 – Deadline for adding or changing participants in the Online Registration.
20-23rd April 2017 – European Championships in Sofia, Bulgaria.
